October 24, 2016
Dear Friends,
I have been a supporter of the American Heart Association for many years – going back to when my then six-year-old son had a rare illness that led to triple-bypass surgery. Joey is 34 today and doing well, in part, thanks to advancements in healthcare that were funded by the American Heart Association.
We each have a chance to make a difference in cardiac and stroke care by participating in the 2016 Miami-Dade Heart Walk on Sunday, November 20 at Museum Park in Miami. This year’s Walk is chaired by our own Dr. Steven Falcone, CEO of the UHealth clinical practice and a two-time UM alum.
I hope you will participate. What better way to spend a Sunday morning than by supporting a great cause and enjoying a morning walk with family and friends?
Please visit www.MiamiDadeHeartWalk.org where you can register for a team (my favorite team is aptly named: Joe Natoli’s Team) or make a donation. Anyone who contributes/raises a minimum of $25 will receive a specially designed UHealth Heart Walk dri-fit T-shirt.
I hope to see you on November 20.
Joe Natoli
