Budget and Planning manages the budgeting and financial planning operations of the University.

Controller maintains the accounting records of the University and provides accurate and timely financial reporting, to ensure the protection of University assets.


Human Resources creates, encourages, and maintains an environment that supports, develops, and sustains the well being of University of Miami faculty, staff, students, and broader community.

Information Technology secures and supports the technology resources that enable achievements and leadership in academics, research, and clinical care.

Investments, Treasury, and Business Services are responsible for banking, investments, and financing as well as overseeing business services at UM.

The Office of Research Administration works to ensure that the research community receives professional, customer-oriented administrative support and that our extramural sponsors are assured research funds are managed appropriately.


Real Estate and Facilities is responsible for all on- and off-campus commercial real estate management.
Supply Chain supports and advances the University’s academic, research and healthcare missions by providing superior financial and operational services, timely and accurate reporting, and by enhancing and protecting the University’s assets.

University Compliance Services promotes and supports a working environment which reflects the University’s commitment to operating with the highest level of integrity while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
